Kelly founded Yes! Ventures Grants in 1999 and has since secured more than $85 million in foundation, corporation and government grants for more than 50 nonprofit organizations. She understands what funders want and knows how to position her clients to bring their solutions to market. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount St. Mary’s University with a double major in English and Gerontology and led a nonprofit incubator prior to launching Yes! Ventures Grants.
tim pray, Grant writer
Tim has more than ten years experience as a fund development professional in Montana and California, including serving as the Director of Grants for Covenant House California. He has a track record of success with particular expertise in state and federal funding for youth development, mental health and homelessness. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Northland College in Ashland, WI.
julie snader, Business manager
Julie holds a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount St. Mary’s University. She worked first as a teacher and then as a Director of a Children’s World Learning Center for eleven years and provided regional compliance management and training for new directors. Julie has overseen all Yes! Ventures Grants fiscal management since 2007.
